Whether you are a beginner or someone who is returning from injury, it is likely that you are not moving as well as you need to be. So, the first thing that we need to do is a detailed Biomechanical Analysis. Through this, we identify your weaknesses and movement issues. We believe that if you are not moving efficiently, you will not be able to run efficiently.
Where we start, regardless of your level, is by teaching you efficient running technique and changing your movement patterns. We do this through our unique coaching methodology and training methods. This will help you to achieve your goals.
Once we have improved your technique and movement efficiency, we can work on improving your speed. This is based on your objectives, event and, of course, the time and commitment you have for training, strength and recovery. We have several different speed protocols which have been used successfully with both amateur and professional athletes.
