I have always been known for my pace on the football pitch, but Matt’s 6 week sprint training course has really helped to improve my technique and my response times. I had a very positive experience with Matt at Improve My Running. Having increased the volume of running I was doing over the last 1-2 years I was keen to get some guidance on my technique to ensure I remain injury free and avoid any bad habits. Matt did a thorough job of screening my running and movement patterns and used video analysis to communicate the subtle modifications he recommended.
In my case my running pattern was already reasonable so many of the improvements were done through targeted physio style exercises that I could work into my daily routine as well as a few specific triggers for when I am running.
