Scott came to us 9 weeks before Paris marathon, with a lower limb injury which had stopped him from running, and little chance of getting onto the start line.
He completed the 6 week training programme with Improve my Running, following our unique methodology in movement repatterining and running technique,
This allowed him not only to start the marathon, but he smashed his goal, with a time of 3.43.

"I signed up for Matt's 6-week improvement program after having an initial visit to analyze and assess my running technique. As a purely social runner, I was dabbling with a few road races and trail races again and finding myself pretty limited in what I could do. Matt quickly identified some asymmetries and limitations in my posture and technique and set about adjusting them. The difference over six weeks was amazing. The before-and-after videos didn't look like the same person. Results have backed this up. I have taken 2-3 minutes off my recent 10k PB time, which is back to where I was 10+ years ago. I recently completed my first official marathon in the 2017 Edinburgh event, in a time of 3:18; well under target. Mhairi was already a successful triathlon racer, but her running was letting her down. She was training for Ironman, and really wanted to finish strongly in her race.
We did 6 weeks training with her, focusing on good technique off the bike, and better mobility.
She was able to take 15 minutes off her marathon PB through the training.

Claire came to us wanting to get faster in her running. She was running a lot but couldn't improve her speed.
She did the 6 week programme with us, and has continued training with Improve my Running since then, working on race specific training.
Claire went on to run 3.23 in her last marathon and has now moved up to ultra distance running, coming 2nd in her category at her first ultra this year.
