In this plan, you’ll receive a custom training program tailored to your goals, with workouts that balance challenging efforts and recovery. Keep on track with monthly feedback, where we’ll review your progress and make monthly adjustments to your plan based on feedback and results. You’ll also have access to me via email for questions and support as you navigate your training.
Using a straightforward online training diary, you’ll log your workouts and experiences. This helps us make the right adjustments on a monthly basis. This structure is ideal for self-motivated athletes who thrive on consistency and benefit from monthly guidance.
