Congratulations to IMR runners Ross Grieve and Neil Rutherford who both put in strong performances at the Cataran ultra this weekend. Great preparation and confidence for upcoming priority races. Ross taking 14 th place, well done Team, supported by fellow team mate Elaine Omand.

Congratulations to IMR runner Neil Rutherford on his epic finish at the uk’s toughest race. In horrific conditions and with bad luck, getting stuck for 9 hours on top of one of the highest points, he still managed a top 20 finish. Absolutely amazing strength and willpower, well done.
